Shine Creative Design Ltd – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Shine Creative Design Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Shine Creative Design Ltd offers graphic design, branding, digital illustration, and print solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Quotations & Payments
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A deposit may be required before work commences.
- Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK Late Payment legislation.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate project details and timely feedback.
- Any changes requested after work has commenced may be subject to additional charges.
- The client must ensure they have the rights to any content provided to Shine Creative Design Ltd for use in the project.
5. Intellectual Property
- Final designs are owned by the client once full payment has been received.
- Shine Creative Design Ltd retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
- Any unused concepts or draft designs remain the intellectual property of Shine Creative Design Ltd.
6. Revisions & Approvals
- Projects typically include a set number of revisions, as agreed in the proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
- Final approval must be provided in writing before delivery.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- If a project is canceled before completion, fees for work completed up to that point will be charged.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless Shine Creative Design Ltd fails to deliver the agreed services.
- If work has commenced and a client fails to respond for 30 days, the project may be put on hold, and additional fees may apply for resumption.
8. Liability & Warranties
- Shine Creative Design Ltd will use reasonable skill and care in delivering services but is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of revenue or data.
- We do not guarantee specific results from design work.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review all work for errors before final approval.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project if the other breaches these Terms. Termination requests must be in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
